Everyone who says “Everyone’s beautiful in their own special way!” is either really ugly and trying to make themselves feel better, or a teenage girl trying to seem special.

You know what’s beautiful? The circulatory system, in all of its complexities. The fact that an organ as big as my fist can pump blood throughout my entire body. The fact that my brain can process complex emotions like fear and love. The fact that vegetation produces oxygen via photosynthesis, which essentially means I breathe thanks to the fucking trees. What’s beautiful is a sheet-twisting body-rocking orgasm. What’s beautiful is how the human face is formed during pregnancy. It’s fucking beautiful the effect that music has on our psyche. It’s fucking beautiful when colors on a canvas can make you fucking cry. It’s beautiful when a person who has felt unloved, unattractive, and unwanted can finally learn to love themselves because the bodyis a fuckingpowerhouse, andevery fucking body is beautiful.

Why are people not allowed to feel good about themselves?  I don’t find anything wrong with that “really ugly” person or that teenage girl trying to live their lives without all your negativity weighing them down.  Everyone is beautiful, and it isn’t special.  It’s inherent to what people are, as beings.
